    I believe in helping people be the best that they can and the happiest that they can in their professional lives. Seeing others succeed drives my coaching.

     

    For 15 years I have worked with a number of successful organisations in global roles, primarily in the software, technology and healthcare sectors. I am experienced in building happy and motivated teams, in startup and corporate culture, change management, company restructuring, acquisitions and investment, and sales and marketing functions.

     

    I have also coached hundreds of happy clients into new roles, jobs and careers.

     

    I have, and continue to study degrees and qualifications in Personal Coaching, Business Coaching and Management.

     

    I bring my experience, skills, training and passion to every one of my coaching assignments.

     

    Based in London, I work with both organisations and individual clients online and in person, and together in partnership with a small number of trusted coaching associates.
